1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial advance payment is received through our official website, UPI, or other approved payment methods.
Once confirmed, the booking details (car type, rental period, pickup time, and location) will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change, but once a booking is confirmed, we block the vehicle exclusively for you.
Therefore, the following cancellation terms apply:
a. Cancellation Before 48 Hours (2 Days) of Pickup

If the booking is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the advance amount will not be refunded, but it can be adjusted in your next booking within 90 days.

Adjustment is valid only for the same customer name and contact number.
b. Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Pickup / Last-Minute Cancellation

If you cancel the booking within 48 hours of pickup time or on the same day, the entire advance amount will be forfeited.

In such cases, the advance cannot be refunded or adjusted in any future booking.
c. No-Show (Failure to Pick Up)

If you do not arrive to collect the car at the scheduled pickup time and do not inform us in advance, it will be treated as a no-show.

The booking will be canceled automatically, and no refund or adjustment will be applicable.
3. Refund Policy

Advance payments are strictly non-refundable.

Only if RideMyCar.in cancels the booking due to reasons such as vehicle breakdown, unavailability, or operational issues will a full refund or rescheduling option be provided — as per customer preference.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Modification Policy

Booking modifications (date, time, or car type) can be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Modifications are allowed only once and are subject to vehicle availability and current rental rates.

No modification will be accepted within 48 hours of the booking.

RideMyCar.in reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately once posted on this page, with the revised “Effective Date.”
